So im in the in the market for a refractor I've been using the lame hydrometer that reads like crap so I'm just wondering if the Red Sea is really worth the i saw marine depot has one also for like I am about to go crazy regarding the Red Sea Refractometer. I have went by the directions step by step and reread everything and watched countless videos to make sure I am correct. It is telling me to calibrate it with room temperature RODI Water (70 Degrees F currently) and wait 15 seconds for the ATC to kick in.Easier to read, higher resolution display, focussed to the relevant range for reef aquariums of up to 40ppt.
